Camp tags?

Duffle Dash will tag your bags on site at the pickup location.

What if I don't receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us directly.

What if I need special accommodations?

If your child has medical equipment, fragile items, or special needs, include details in the "add to seller note" on the checkout page.

Can I register for multiple campers?

Yes. Please register each camper individually.

What types of bags do you accept, and is there a weight or size restriction?

Please refer to your camp handbook regarding bag size and weight.

Sleeping bags and Specialty items?

Yes, sleeping bags and all other specialty items are accepted, as long as they are packed inside the duffle bags. If specialty items don't fit in the duffle bags, please contact us for special arrangements. Specialty items include tennis racket, lacrosse stick, roller blades, etc.
